Info dari Hanoi

Jika anda mendarat di Hanoi, anda bisa menggunakan shuttle bus yang tersedia tepat di depan terminal kedatangan, tarifnya hanya 35.000 VND atau sekitar 20.000 IDR. Shuttle bus milik Vietnam Airlines atau JetStar ini bisa digunakan untuk umum, daripada naik bus tapi nunggu penuh yang pastinya lebih lama nunggu bus penuh daripada 'elf' ini penuh.

Jika anda dari Hanoi mau menuju bandara, shuttle bus Vietnam Airlines bisa ditemui didepan Kantor Vietnam Airlines yang letaknya di St. Joseph Cathedral bagian Jl. Trang Thi, tidak jauh dari Hoan Kiem Lake, bisa jalan kaki dari Old Quarter atau kalau barang anda terlalu banyak sebaiknya menggunakan taksi atau xe om atau cyclo.
Bis ke bandara juga bisa ditemui disini, tapi nunggu penuh baru jalan.

Mau murah? Jangan berharap banyak!

Trip Halong Bay 1 Hari yang kupilih bareng Neomi adalah trip yang paling murah, harganya cuma 19$US, ditulis 'no seafood'...

Neomi & Me

Maybe this was one called 'destiny'. I met Neomi on the SinhTourist office at Hue, we would have our journey to Hanoi by sleeper bus. We talked not much at that time, but the time we arrived Hanoi (13hours), we've been friends...

The bus was stopped in the street that we all 'the backpackers group' didn't have any idea, the name of the street didn't exist on Old Quarter Map.. One of us finnaly found the right map, and the we just walked together to the old quarter.

Neomi and Me were still together until Neomi chose one of the hotel at Hang Bac Street.

I continued my walk to Hanoi Backpackers Hostel.

After one longday, I wanted to eat at KFC before I watched the Water Puppet Show, and there she was.. also in KFC.

We talked about our walking around that day, and then we figured that we looked for the samething, the cheapest tour to Halong Bay for oneday.

I already went to SinhTourist Office (the real one), we compared the price, then we decided to go together, Neomi signed the trip for me through her hotel.

And here we are... we're happy to spend all day together, and laughing together..

Bahasa

It was days that I didn't use bahasa... So one word of bahasa made me wanna see who's talking.. and there they were, five Indonesian (etnic China) from Jembatan Lima.. and we were in the same boat to Halong Bay...

There were four of old ladies and one younger woman that companied them. The young woman, Yunita, was very happy to see me, she then asked a lot about my journey.. and I was rather felt gulty to Neomi, the frances girl that be my travel mate.

The tittle was the opening sentences of a man that sit beside me on the airport, one moment of my solo traveling.

I was curious, so I looked at them, a man and a woman, maybe a couple...

Then the man continued :

I didn't mean to say that... (the woman was still quite)
.. that we're just playing around and have fun together, sorry...

.. and then, the silent moment came.. and I knew I had to go...
